	Vecenergy BIDA is a partnership between Vecenergy and Biodiesel de Andalucia (BIDA) for the construction and operation of biodiesel production facilities, starting in Europe and, eventually, planned for the U.S. and other markets.
	Vecenergy Resources provides fuel additive services to major oil companies throughputting products at deep-water port locations, including Port Everglades in South Florida. Formerly known as Fortis Energy Resources.
	South Florida Materials operates a liquid asphalt and diesel fuel terminal at the Port of Palm Beach in southeast Florida, with 14.7 million gallons of total storage capacity.
	South Florida Petroleum Services provides offloading services for virtually all petroleum products at Port Everglades, near Ft. Lauderdale on the southeast coast of Florida.
